"This shot is a composite
of two images taken seconds apart, one exposing for the background
and one for the foreground. The skyline and snowcovered mountians
were shot at 1/640th of a second at f8.0. The rest was shot at 1/250th
and f8.0 using a canon speedlight 380ex mounted above and pointed
directly at the subject and diffused with an omni bounce diffuser.
Photoshop CS was used to combine the images and perfect contrast
