Wow...incredible. Never saw one in the wild but I worked with a few 10-12 footers back in the 70's, I'm not afraid to say that they intimidated the hell out of me. They are so aware and vigilant. Nice find!

Steve...That was an awesome post. I loved the shots of the kids...the look on the boy's face with the fence lizard on his shoulder...the young lady with the juvie rat snake. Some incredible photos of a wide variety of wildlife. I was thinking how much time and patience must have gone into each shot....

Thanks Kai...those are some great shots of some beautiful snakes. I really need to learn more about the fauna of middle east, Asia...China and India in particular. There are some spectacular animals that i've never seem. Thanks again for the great post.

Gerry...You have my sympathy. I love my dogs and agonize over any illness or problem. I've always had big dogs and I spoil them rotten. I've been blessed with some great pooches. James...You ARE aware that your need to hold every snake you see is not in any way beneficial to that snake, and is (in all probability) a traumatic and harmful experience for the animal?? Wow! Great assortmant of critters and observations. I enjoyed all the pics especially the owls and the bear. That king snake making his aquatic kill was pretty unusual. Some nice looking pygmies. Looks like you saw a little bit of everything. I's be very happy with a variety like that. Thanks.
