Regarding the location. The area where the observations are reported from (latitude and longitude are provided) are near the boundaries of multiple districts, but are correctly mapped to Maharashtra.

The problem with Sam's data is that he DOES enter lat/lon but that they do not actually correspond to the actual location of the observation (in some cases basking turtles in forests, DORs in lakes, etc.).
