Hi, I also have had dogs all my life and they will do anything to please you and it is not breed specific. That being said you can teach/train your dog to "Down" when they see a snake or reptile. Repetition, praise and practice practice practice and you will be amazed at what will happen. ...

I have herped in Asotin,Wa on the edge of the Snake river and found Nor Pacs, Gophers,Garters and a huge Night snake.
I can't wait till my next visit.

Looks like he had alot of Ball Pythons and just could not take care of them. He had a lot of dead animals which is cruelty to animals. This is why he was arested.
