Re: LIFER Cali Atrox and LIFER Stephensi ..and other stuff
Dude - that's awesome!! Those habitat shot pics (especially the night ones) are awesome!! All of your pics are great. Funny thing is I wish I never found that Atrox last year because this year I have no goals herping wise so in some weird way lacking a goal has killed the fun (a little). And ironic...

LIFER Cali Atrox and LIFER Stephensi ..and other stuff
Well, it's been several years since I've posted anything on the forum. I haven't really spent much time on line, heck, I even ditched my cable and haven't owned a tv in 2 years. Haha I guess I'd rather spend my time doing other things. I've still been lurking around and enjoying everyones posts. I w...

It was nice meeting you Mike and bumping into John out there. It's always good to see the little ones enjoying themselves and getting exposed to herping at a young age. Here go some shots of that GB Gopher and some of the stuff we found on that one pass I did with you guys... Great Basin Gopher snak...

You never know...until you go.
A couple of days ago I set out to hike/photograph some dunes out in the Mojave. As the day came to an end I decided to try my luck with some road-cruising. I wasn't expecting to see much, especially since I tend to get skunked when I road-cruise on a full moon. Well, to my surprise within the first ...

The news report stated that they suspected it was a Boa Constrictor, but the news video clearly shows a 2 1/2 to 3 foot Ball Python.

Cool. What macro lens do you have? I have been thinking about getting the nikkor 105mm macro, but $$$ is an issue right now. In the meantime I'll have to settle for my telephoto lens.hellihooks wrote:I have the D-80... I gotta start using my macro lens more... jim

Care to share your camera set-up? Cheers, Rob Thanks! All of the shots were taken with a Nikon D80 camera ...
