Hey Zach! Stoked to be back scrolling the forum and seeing you're still getting after it in the bay area. Amazing finds but honestly what struck me most was the photography! I am stoked you joined the Canon nation and clearly have mastered it. I shoot with a 60D that I have had for years and been co...

Thailand, Bali, Komodo - Spring 2018 PART 1
I don't know where to begin - the last two months have been insane. My brother and I are both seasonal workers. After years of seeing each other for no more than 1-2 weeks a year, it was time for a long vacation together. We built a 9 week trip to SE Asia that revolved around three things: rock clim...

Thailand and Komodo Recommendation?
Hey everyone! My brother and I are planning a trip to Indonesia in Spring 2018 (March, April, maybe May). The trip will mainly involve free diving and rock climbing thailand and surfing bali. But I definitely want to add a herping trip in Thailand and a Komodo island excursion. Does anyone have any ...

I am a California native that has made the move to Montana and it looks like it is going to be a permanent one. Herps are not nearly as prevalent, but mammals abound and that is what my degree is for. I have a like-new Mountain Kings book by Brian Hubbs (signature on inside cover). I love to see thi...

Just want to reiterate what some others have said. I have had the 60d for a couple years and absolutely love it. By far I use the swivel screen most for herp photography. its so great to bend down but not have to lie fully on your stomach to get a herp's perspective. highly recommended
