Maybe it's because I live there but when I go out I'm just wearin a pair of light colored shorts and light color tee or tank top and in July thru sept no socks and running sneaks. Do you suffer from chigger and tick lavre bites? I have found that carrying a lint roller and occasionally running it up legs/arm or right after you've been infected with these little bastards this will reduce the after affects(rash-bite marks-that insane itching of ankles when you're trying to slee...
