Re: Womas, Blackheads, and carpets
Have you ever tried to "snake-scent" the young black heads? I started using shed pieces from other snakes, wetted down and placed (stuck) on to pinkies with my mussurana a few years ago.....and boom! Black headed pythons are snake eaters, right? Might be worth a try. scott I have offered ...

Dear Jason, will you expand or comment on establishing the neonates... Is feeding tricky? Not wanting to feed or demanding reptiles? I would think they are large enough to take hoppers or pinky rats...What does it take to get them going? Are yours the eastern or western type? How long are your bree...

Most of these are pretty laid back. The one yellow and orange banded female is the only angry one. The rest are pretty sweet.

So back in September I brought some of my snakes over to a friends house to get some outdoor pics and ended up taking around 300 photos and just never made it around to processing the photos until now. Someone posted a pic the other day from that day and it reminded me to get off my butt. First up w...

Very cool looking boas. How's their temperament? I have found CBB ATB's to be quite tractable and easy to deal with. They do still bite as babies but if raised correctly (minimal stress) and caged correctly they don't tend to relate your presence with stress. Stuffing them in a drawer with opaque w...

Night time lows in the high 60's-70's in winter with normal temps in the day and introduce them in the late winter and leave them together for a month or two. Pretty simple. Of course up to size, feed well and give temp support once they are pregnant.
