In the leter I do think it is important to address that not restrict, in-sutu capture and hadling of reptiles and ampbians. Some should remain hands off good example is Desert Tortoise Goperus agassizii. Restriction to hands off is detrimental to reptiles and ampbians. Conservation need a hands on a...
