Very nice variety and great shots. Your doing pretty well with the lens you have. Enjoyed your flickr photostream too. Is there some reason why you have some of the photos as "private?" The Mole Kingsnake for example.

Cobb County Ga Hike

Went hiking thursday in a local park here right outside Atlanta and had a little bit of luck. The temperature started at 64 but got up to the mid 70s and sunny by 10:00 am. Perfect weather IMO. My first find of the day. Copperhead! And a nice one too with beautiful color. https://farm4.staticflickr....

Couple of days in the Okefenokee

I just got back today from another road trip to the Okefenokee. I went there in July to the East side and decided I had to see whats on the West side this time so I hit Stephen Foster State Park. I love the swamp but there really aren't many hiking trails there. Add that to the fact that I had major...

Yeh, but ATL is closer to the Appalachian Mountains and Canyons than Florida. Up there, there's more caudata. P.S.- NAHerp has no records from Cobb county(likely HerpMapper too), and I won't herp there again until 2015. So, if you can, please record your chain king and any other vouchered herp from...
