Owned one for about 6 months before it died (either from mites or the mite treatment) :'( He was an awesome snake while he was with me.

As for lifting the tarp, it's not my study, I was just happy to be invited. I know he wanted some good photos for his website and newsletter and programs and I know, much to his dissapointment, my son wasn't allowed to touch the turtle. I one time waded through a massive brier bush to get a grab on a huge black rat snake retreating into a tree. I lost a lot of blood for that one :lol: I was walking with a non-herper when this happened, too. They thought I'd completely lost my mind 8-)

LOL.....I don't think there is much question that the smaller snake is a misquided male trying to breed a bigger male. No way is the larger snake a female. Snake #2 came out yesterday afternoon and snake #3 is still a bit too bashful to come out of his/her egg still this morning. Congrats! I thought about calling the time a couple days ago! :lol: I've had three clutches over the years and all have been 48 to 50 days at only slightly higher temps. It will be tough to wait a while on getting them to feed. Cole Grover gave me advice once to wait at least one shed and sometimes...
