be aware if you're passing through a NWA and are carrying "equipment" even if you have no animals!!!!.....you too may become a LE celebrity......even if the "equipment" is in the trunk........you could become the focus of a media article depending in the LEO.....and locale press....

last year i ended up in the ER with a scatched cornea......and over the years have been stung, bit and punctured......and had several interesting infestations of various arthropods......along with the complementry bacterial/viral infections.......with appropriate swelling of various private areas......

that is a KORRECT statement the ROW law seems to be enforced in select areas......as for that warden being "wrong" .....i agree, but he still could write a citation and an out o' state guy like myself (2000 mi from alterna land) probably wont fight it out in court.....just pay the fine.......

different LEO will enforce the ROW differently......i was told by a warden that looking for vertebrates to photograph on the ROW would be considered as "HUNTING".......cause you are actively "LOOKING"......but that was that particlar warden......

i always have my sh!t in order ....its multiple stops on the same night that gets my hairs up....or when you check in with LE before you go out in their area so they know you;re ther and supply them with pertinant documentation....and they still trail you......are we all they got to practice their t...

they dont have one yet.....its right at the farm in langhorne.....its the old pasture that was used by the owners of the farm.......side note, the owners were victims of an unsolved double murder in the early 70s......the woods are named for the catawissa stream which runs through the overgrown past...
