Such a cool genus to observe three species of! The scales and body structure are amazing. That Cerastes gasperettii is stunning! I wonder if it just shed.. I have noticed with captive snakes that a fresh shed is usually followed by a good poop!

I think it's a great photo Don. I would personally just brighten it up a bit and crop to keep the eyes closer to the center. I feel like the frog should be looking down at us but the way it's cropped I feel like he looks under us.

I live in London. If you are finding only Garter snakes, that is the norm. You should find Brown snakes and milksnakes in and around London wherever there is lots of debris on the ground. Did you ever do awesome on the eyelash vipers! The colour varieties in that area is absolutely amazing, with those striped ones being my favourites. I have never even seen a photo of a striped B. schlegeli before.

Yep it's a skink but I don't know which species. It's still hard to make out in this lousy pic but you can see the eye, a leg and of course the blue tail.

I personally think this looks spot on for Trimetopon barbouri , but oddly enough it looks pretty similar to Rhadinaea serperaster / godmani and maybe even like a Tantilla ruficeps (based on Google images). That's pretty interesting and to me makes a lot of sense, especially for detecting species which utilize camoflauge. I would expect that these same people would have difficulty seeing things people with normal vision would consider to be strikingly obvious like a green snake on brown earth or a red ...
