Georgia Herping

Post by noah k. »

Hey, I'm new new to this forum. My names Noah and I herp in Georgia. Some of you may know me from Herping With Dylan. I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this, so correct me if i am wrong. I haven't had the best season, but I turned up some lifers. Here's a few Pics

My biggest find, a neonate? Canebrake.

Good stuff man. The canebrake isn't a neonate though. Too many rattle buttons. It's been around for a little bit at least. hahaha

I love the rattler, it almost looks blue. I believe your watersnake is a northern. I love the spadefoots too, I have never met one in person

I think that the cottonmouth is closer to the left side but almost centered going into the brush from the water.

Thanks everyone.

On the spadefoot topic, I only find them once a year or so and the last two times it was en masse, in the middle of a torrential thunderstorm.

Again... you took the picture. I didn't mean anything by my comments except what I saw in the post. Don't let that detract from your experience... I've been there. That is what counts. Who cares what anyone else thinks.
