Not to defend the dumping without authorization but poachers, really? How on earth do they know it was a poacher and not your run of the mill field herper? Dumping is dumping but it bothers me when people make statement that cannot be supported by facts.

I caught that too, though they may have more facts/evidence to suggest poaching.
