Looks pretty freakin sweet! It would just be a novelty though. The way i destroy a hook, it may survive one field trip with me. My old stump ripper is the only hook that has weathered the times.

Why doesn't anyone ever use the youtube feature here? I hate leaving the site to watch a 30 second video.

Thanks for sharing, manic_mike187. That thing looks pretty cool. I question how long it would hold up under the abuse I put my hooks through. It would be a nice addition to the snake room for anyone housing hots.

i rarely ever use hooks in the field. but i do like how mobile, compact, and easy to ready it is. http://www.jkrgear.com (jkr) has some pretty innovative stuff. i haven't gotten one yet, but i will be getting one of their DNA hooks. again, i don't use them in the field much, but i do use them with some of the aggressive colubrids i keep (tiger rats) and i do occasionally keep hots, from time to time.
