I would like to come as i've never been on a serious herping trip.
Re: NAFHA Trip
I'm in! I could possibly make it down for Friday as well, but will have to let you know closer to the trip.

Re: NAFHA Trip
I would love to get down there ... my job situation is a bit up in the air, so I'll be better able to guage this in a month or so. If I can do this I hope to drag a few other New England herpers with me ...

If I go, the smokers can ride with me.TJP wrote:Not that my vote counts, but Western MD or VA sound good. I can probably make this trip and would be more than willing to drive as many as my truck will fit. No smoking in my V hickle. Pending on where the trip is decided, I may have a place for some people to crash, as well.Mike VanValen wrote:Yeah, the Hudson Valley would be a skunk-fest unless pickerel frogs excite you.
Western MD looks like the best bet with the possibility of some VA action.
Stay away from the Hudson Valley. I've been there a bunch of times and have never seen anything.
Re: NAFHA Trip
I've been wanting to get in on a group trip for ages. Barring anything crazy I'm going to try my best to do what I can to make sure I try to be there. I'm 90% sure.

May not be able to make this one. Huge deadline right in that time frame. If that changes, I'm in.

Re: NAFHA Trip
I'm not saying this to move the time frame of the trip so I can make it (nudge nudge wink wink) but perhaps we should consider sliding it forward by a few weeks. If the early spring trend continues things may get off to an earlier start and then dip by the time you all meet up. Just a thought.
Re: NAFHA Trip
I can't make it in May, which was why I pushed it to June. But if anybody wants to plan it for then, by all means... take the reigns!
