...thnx for posting this Eby, its gotten the word out a bit for sure, heres hoping they get a herp person & someone who can fit in to the local scene.
& while im postn thnx; that friggn anole post is a gem, as is brendans snattlerake "crotalid cascade", & youngs tour of nm/central america, and so many more; what a bunch of work to bless our eyes w/ so much pleasure ... thank you.

Is Dennie Miller still in the Alpine area? He was running CDRI when I first started going out there and he seemed like a natural fit. Next thing we knew, he was working at the True Value.

I guess whether this is a good opportunity or not will depend on how much support the new director will have. These kinds of positions can be pretty frustrating when they expect you to get things done but don't give you any funds to do them.

Well, how much funds you have is dependent on how good an ED you are (and Board composition) most often. Development is the primarily role of most small non profit EDs.

Maybe they're in better financial shape than they used to be. According to Wiki:
