Lesser Earless Lizard, Holbrookia maculata (or approximans depending on taxonomic view). Why? Since it wasn't one of the options --

Hey Dave,
I'm with Jeff. Everything about that critter says Lesser Earless Lizard. Body shape, head profile, tail length, pattern, and more. You can see just a hint of one of the dark ventro-lateral spots at the edge of a skin-fold just posterior to the right foreleg also. In this case, the Speckled Earless Lizard (Holbrookia maculate approximans or, as Jeff noted, Holbrookia approximans). Pretty sure.
