I saw this the other day. I thought it was interesting. I, too, John would like to hear more about the photoshop/BS part.
The picture of Steve and Bindi Iriwin shows them holding alligators. And the video of the centipede catching the snake appears to be an American brown snake, Storeria dekayi.

Nothing too outrageous in that - they are all possible though wording and some camera angles are a little exagerrated. Not sure Number10 with the shark on the golf course is legit (or in Australia) but its not completely impossible. Most of the stuff shown can occur in a number of countries - pythons eat gators and sharks swim alongside golf courses in Florida.

I don't think any of that is particularly "crazy".

Ooohhhh, don't you hate it when you get called out? After some research, I guess any of those could be factual. #2 I've seen in the past and was always under the impression it was deemed photoshopped, perhaps not. #10 just looks suspiciously like a photoshopped pic, but again it's probably true as I was able to find a couple of instances of bull sharks in golf course ponds. Same with #11. #29 is a bit off, as the box jellyfish is definitely a much more dangerous animal. That said, I'm outta here with a semi-tucked tail...
Re: 37 Pix That Prove Australia Is The Craziest Place on Ear
#2 is definitely real. It was taken in the Kimberly i believe in the early 2000's, i dont thing the Olive Python was ably to lift the wallaby. Not sure about #10. #11 is quite common, i have seen it many times when fishing of the beach. #29, Irukandji are much more dangerous than Box Jellyfish. A bloke died last year after fishing from a container ship and an Irukandji came up his line (Stuck/entangled when winding in) and landed on his hand. Scary stuff.

speedy, I was basing my jellyfish info on this (and other articles):

As for the surfing great white in the same frame as a human surfing, you have actually seen that scenario "many" times? That would make you a very fortunate individual in my eyes. I'm guessing you just meant seeing a great white that close to shore many times, but that would still be astronomically lucky. Sure some of the sightings weren't possibly dolphins, etc?

Sorry John, I always thought Irukandji were more dangerous.
I have seen great whites surfing waves. I have also seen sharks and surfers on the same wave, not necessarily great whites. The picture in question is not clearly a great white, it could be any number of things. The reason i have seen these things more often than most is that i am a fanatical fisherman, the sharks and I target the same thing. When i was a kid my old man and i would fish the beach sbout three times a week. We saw all sorts of amazing things.

Sorry back atcha speedy, wasn't trying to elicit an apology. Just that the words "many times" in your statement got to me a bit... I do believe that you have no doubt seen some wild and wonderful things off Oz's coastline .
