Made you look. Hopefully she wont be wrangling hots anytime soon - but maybe some frogs or sallies...

Best post ever.
Big congrats.
She's beautiful. Trust me, you can't say that about all new borns.

(Seriously, on the question, my son, out of necessity, got to wrangle a copperhead with a hook out of our garage and into an empty full sized garbage can at age 10. (I was out of the country. Scared the fire out of me, but I was quite proud.))

Chava will be out there with us in no time.

Congratulations man! I look forward to the day when we get to meet up with our little ones in tow, and go out looking for some critters!

I hope you all are well.

Sounds great - I've got a nice stroller-friendly walking trail with Timbers and copperheads here in western NC. Night walking with strollers???

Congratulations! ...and to think I've been avoiding this thread: You got me, too. Night herping with strollers... I hope you all would take pictures of that!

I like it! I'd love to 'stroller' up a timber- we've already backpacked some, so let's change the method!

Definitely, Jim. I think that would make for some great images! :D

I know I congratulated you somewhere else. Text? Facebook? don't remember, but I'll do it here also. Congrats! Can't wait to get up there and meet the little rugrat.

Just don't let her do this. You know, salmonella or something like that. http://www.snakesonstuff.com/images/mikesnak.jpg
