Hi all, I'm a member of the southeast chapter and will probably visit WI next month. Is there any chance of me finding some snakes?
(I'm not looking for locales, just wondering what my odds are.)
Thanks in advance,
Tim

Absolutely. Depending on when you'll be there, hoggies could be making their burrows. I've been up in June and seen a half dozen in a couple hours just by observing the burrowing process with the late Carl Koch. Preggo timbers will be out basking. Should still be able to flip milks and bulls and fox snakes.

I'll prob focus on Milks, Fox and maybe garters, hognose and grass snakes. No interest in horridus. Thanks Chad, wish me luck! Hope you have a great season!
