Elections

Post by Noah M » November 15th, 2015, 4:00 pm

It’s that time again; chapter officer nominations and elections. Each chapter is required to have at minimum a President and a International Board Member. The President also has IB privileges, making two elected positions with IB privileges. There are many other positions available, including Vice President, Secretary, Conservation Officer, and Education Specialist.

If you have any questions, feel free to PM me and I’ll do my best to answer them in a timely manner.

In fact... I re-nominate Ca's standing board... Fundad: Pres, Matthew Gruen: VP, Jeff Norland: Ed Spec, Lawerence Erickson: Con Off, Derick Holt: Sec, and J. Lauerman: 2nd IBM to serve another term.... they've all done a good job and we would be lucky to have them all for another year... :thumb:

Just a friendly reminder that elections need to be held this month.

Our standing board have all agreed to serve another year, and since there are no other nominations, holding elections are not neccessary... :thumb:

I take it that all chapter nominations still need to be updated on FHF?

Also a side note. If the NW Chapter continues to have very little participation this year I am going to move that it gets absorbed into the CA Chapter and that this Chapter gets renamed the West Coast Chapter. Finger crossed that this doesn't need to be the case though. Hadar (the new NW Chapter President) and I are going to do our best to prop it up and get more participation and new FHF/NAFHA members signed up.

Cheers from the Northwest,
Travis
