 Post subject: Things to consider.

Okay so, spring is coming up, a great time for herping. Then summer is right after that. If we are going to be doing all these dozens of sub-chapter meetings and the entire chapter meeting (still doing that?) what are some things to consider and need to be taken care of for those of us that are looking to organize one?

I'm going to try to put something together for NW Florida, that all are welcome to attend. I'd also be interested in possibly attending the one that Tamara said she'd try to do for S. Alabama as well as the entire chapter meeting.

First though, before scheduling dates etc, I think it is important to clarify what all is recommended to be set-up or coordinated with local officials in advance?

Thanks for any tips and pointers on this and hopefully we can move to event scheduling in the near future.
