Herp image from Badlands movie?

Post by kschnei1 » September 25th, 2015, 8:49 pm

Hi folks,

Silly question - can anyone tell me what lizard is filmed about twenty seconds into this clip from the movie Badlands? It doesn't appear to be a North American lizard to my eye?

Thanks!

Ken,
It's a blurry shot of an Iguana.

More specifically, I think its a Rhinoceros Iguana (Cyclura cornuta). Native to Hispaniola (Dominican Republic and Haiti).
