Re: Litter of Solomon Island Ground Boas
those are sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Re: Litter of Solomon Island Ground Boas
Those are cool...but sometimes quite small and a challenge to establish as rodent feeders. Have you been through that before? Let us know how it goes, and what works. Yours look pretty good sized...maybe it will go easy for you. It looks like you have a variety of colors, what fun! We don't often see Candoia, thanks for posting.
I love those angular, viper-like beauties.
Good Luck, Vic

Beautiful! I need to get on your waiting list for a pair of whites (if I am not already on it).
Re: Litter of Solomon Island Ground Boas
Awesome Chris!!! Congrats!!!
They look fantastic! Be sure to keep them all separate - I've had cannibalism incidences.
Please let me know if any extra are available when all is said and done ([email protected]).
Also, just saw you posted on The Other Herpcast's podcast page... if you didn't catch my answer last night (thanks for tuning in if you did), I breed females every other year, giving them time to recoup.

Chris since we're buddies put me down for one of those, I don't need to breed them I would prefer a white one though. Let me know what the friend price is?
Re: Litter of Solomon Island Ground Boas
Very cool! Not a species I hear of being bred in captivity much.
Re: Litter of Solomon Island Ground Boas
I bought some cb babies many years ago(early 90's) for $25ea. They were supposed to be pinky feeders but none of them ate pinks. I found that they would eat Pacific Treefrogs really well if that helps.
