Wouldn't assume they are happy, quite possibly the older one out front with the grayish muzzle is running for his life. Ears back and tail down while running with another wolf on your tail generally means no Bueno in wolf world.

Well, I let the up beat music influence my opinion. You are probably correct.
I just assumed, they wanted to stretch their legs.
