So I was cutting tile in a yard, about a block from the Mojave river and spotted this little guy sucking up a drink of water, under my wet saw.
Not sure if his 'checkered' pattern is more a result of being an intergrade (SD/GB) or just a bit aberrant... either way, other than being really thirsty, he was pretty healthy and (IMO) had a really cool pattern. jim
