In the California and Northeast chapters we have had some discussion about using local nature centers and parks to share about NAFHA's work, potentially recruiting new members as well as finding more survey partners:

viewtopic.php?f=10&t=8066 So I was wondering - are other people interested in identifying local nature centers, state parks, and other areas where NAFHA outreach could occur? It could be something as time-intensive as an education event or a bioblitz/survey project, or something as simple as asking them whether you can leave some fliers that tell about NAFHA's work. I know there's been at least one park survey effort in the Rocky Mountain Chapter already, and I was thinking it'd be cool to find more places to partner (even in really small ways) across the whole chapter area.
