Not only is it an Eastern Milk Snake, but a very pretty example!

Thanks guys. That's actually what I suspected but wasn't sure.
A friend of a friend found it in his driveway and posted it on fb asking for and ID. Many of the comments were the normal ignorant crap (kill it!!). Man, some people's kids.
