Hey guys, for those that don't know me, I'm studying Eastern Hognose Snakes for my MS. I've been searching diligently, and I'm now up to 5 snakes!
In order of capture:
Snake 01, male, 157g.
Snake 02, female, 76cm, 423g.
This extra sharp photo above was taken by Ken Barnett. The color on these snakes is unreal.
Snake 03, male (I think), 214g, 63cm.
Snake 04, female, 618g, 78cm.
Snake 05, female, 640g, 95cm. She is opaque, so I don't want to bug her for a picture, but she looks like snake 2, 3, and 4.
I also just got back from Vermont, and saw some cool stuff as well:
Smooth Green Snake
Woodland Jumping Mouse
Wood Frog
Two-lined Salamander
Red-bellied Snake
Black Rat Snake
Black-and-white Warbler on nest:
Keep the hog train rolling!
