Clearly it's a sasquatch...They are known to disguise themselves as alien lizards. Nice crisp photo as well!! :P

Sadly, nowadays you can never be sure that a photo hasn't been manipulated to depict something that wasn't actually there. I like to think this tree is really out there somewhere, anyway, adding to the beauty of nature...
