Great job , really amazing photos! Im in central Florida planning a trip down , are they wide spread or in isolated areas, again congrats you have some beautiful finds!!

That is impressive number of Chameleons, I rarely get to see 1-2 of Indian Chameleons while herping.

So I take it you no longer have to risk getting shot at to find these?

I feel like that happened once ever... but you can find new populations that aren't widely known. That's what I did... then within a year it was bulldozed. lol my precious brazilian pepper habitat!

We're literally out shining from sundown to sunup. We earn it cause we're freaks! Also, Alex only brings me along so I can show him how to find new spots and I make him buy me food :D

Always a fun animal to look for. I've found (and been shown) at least 5 other populations of calyptratus and 3 other pops of oustaleti. People try to create new populations where other people wont collect and then there's the spread. They are prolific animals.
The place where the people were shot at, was East of LaBelle. I never had an issue there but this all happened after I would go and I haven't been since. No need anymore.

Now, if you can find a sustained population pardalis and jacksonii in Florida, that would be interesting. They're out there. ;)
