4 states filled in for database in 2015...so far

Post by Brian Hubbs »

Colorado, Michigan, Massachusetts, and Nebraska are now all colored in on the database map, but that does not mean they are completely vouchered for everything, or that vouchering should cease in those states. Dan Fogell of Omaha, Nebraska is the latest person to close out a state, after entering a bullsnake from Furnas county. Thanks Dan... :thumb:

Now, about New York, Pennsylvania, Idaho, Missouri, Wisconsin, Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, and North Dakota...what's up with that?

That last county in KS is for Fundad...leave that one alone...

I've been working on Texas - those white counties cause me sleepless nights due to my severe OCD :?

I've been working on TX for years. The problem is that we have 254 counties and many of them are 400 plus miles from me, and I'm pretty centrally located! Just looking now, the closest empty county is just under 4 hours drive from me. :(

Great!

Does it seem weird that GA has more empty counties than AL?

We shall rest when every species found in every county has been recorded...

And then we shall define new species to record.
