The Box Spring

Post by Porter »

A long time ago in a forum not,
far away....

With The Mattress turning out to be a complete Box Office flop... Here over here at Weird Richard Studios, we have decided to give it another try. This time, instead of looking outside of the box... we will journey deep into the hidden detail within, The Box. Spring has risen upon us and is nearly gone. With a limited budget, we will again attempt to capture the true essence of field herping. In a visual display of touching emotion and nature's enlightenment. A mattress may provide very little to no chance of success... however, a box spring sheds a greater ray of light upon that thing we call hope.

Songs:

Pete Seeger – Coyote, My Little Brother
Stephen Bennett - All You Need Is Love (The Beatles)
Flobots - Handlebars

Very few snakes are as elusive and hard to find as the infamous Mountain Kingsnake. I’ve rebuilt and set up rocks at famous spots, only to have other Herpers escort Arizona travelers to success there… I found DOR (dead on road) on my secret boa road, at the foot of a place I was searching for hours, and even Record-worthy DOR at 1500 ft (they are normally in the range of 3000 to 4000 ft elevation)… still, I have yet to find a living Zonata or Southern brethren of equivalent stature. Until… today 😎

Thats badass.

It makes me curious about the driver or co and why it was painted on there.

Porter, I think you have a true love of nature and herps, and other animals too and that it comes through so vibrantly through your skills. The music, both yours, and your concept choices. You could encourage people, especially kids and young people, with your gifts in a channel they arent being encouraged presently. Sensibilities are becoming more and more artificial. Like electrical vapor almost.

Because of what you have experienced, alone in the fields, and because of your cyber skills and musicality, you could transform vapor into emotional intelligence; on the behalf of a beautiful, secretive snake, or tiny emergent newt, or a nocturnal moth waking at dawn. All you have captured in a second, of love.

Thats all I have ever really thought, predominantly.

If these videos visually suck... you need to click the little gear βš™οΈ icon at the bottom before playing and select a high quality of playback πŸ€¨πŸ‘‰

Also, playing the video within the FHF comment box is highly recommended. The videos are made for the forum and the forum only. The night blends into the black background for full effect πŸ˜„πŸ€—πŸ˜˜
