Geronimo Trail Douglas Arizona

Post by JWO »

Has anyone ever driven Geronimo Trail between Douglas AZ and NM 338? Is it worth it? Did you see much wildlife? How long does it usually take? Is the road decent?

I haven't been on that road in a long time. Its beautiful country, with some really special snake species and cool wildlife. I bet the border issues have really affected the area. Its remote and unpaved iirc. So be ready for that. But its a graded road and I made it with a low clearance 2wd.

Think there have been some "changes" to that area due to construction. Not as "remote" and "wild" as it used to be. :(
