I'll be moving to Kalamazoo for the summer and would love to get out in the field with some of you.

You trying to get more canoe time in? I'm jealous already, you'll be finding all the cool turtles.

Mike,

I am game. You will be a bit of a ways away, but we can make it work. When are you moving?

I'll be gone the first week you're around, but then I'll have some time. See you soon.

I am planning on doing some paddling a bit north on the western side of the state midJuly. What is your schedule like? I could sneak away for a day or two midweek as well in June.

Hey Jason,

I have no idea what my schedule will be, I'm job hunting now. Please keep in touch and I'll do my best to work around your schedule. Any advice you could provide on these species?

Blue spotted salamander
Smooth green snake
Butler's garter
Kirtland's
Eastern fox

Off your list, the Butler's and E Fox are the easiest, just a kinda long drive from Kzoo. I live very close to a known Kirtland's site, but have yet to turn one up. I'll be home Wednesday by noon. I'll talk to you then.
