Hatchling L.t.syspila are very small. Most weigh only a few grams. Feeding hatchling syspila can be a challenge and is not for the novice keeper. Appropriately sized pinky mice are taken immediately by some (see below), while others may require assistance such as "pinky pumping" or lizard-scenting. If lizards are used, I would recommend ground skinks. My experience has been a mix of all of the above, with no real pattern in feeding from one clutch to another, but they are generally not easy to start so be prepared for all possible scenarios.
