This beautiful lizard is living in my backyard. I think it maybe a Desert Spiny Lizard.
Home is in the Phoenix metro area. Photographed this week.
Really excited about this encounter.

That is a pretty cool observation, thanksJeff wrote:First and last look like female Greater Earless. For instance, both appear to have black going under the distal end of the tail.
