Took a drive and stayed the night in Northern New Hampshire and drove around again the next morning. Very good area for mammals in the East. Deer, fox, Moose, black bear were seen.

I went to the Franconian Notch in the fall of 2007 and saw a mother bear and three cubs. And then hit lake Willoughby in Vermont on the way home.

I like Pittsburg and Errol. I've had good luck in both areas.
