Wide angle lenses for crop sensor nikon.

Post by Thorny »

I am on the market for a wide angle lens. I love what I have seen out of the Laowa 15mm but all manual seems like to much of a mountain to climb.

Any suggestions on the prose and cons of wide angle lenses for her photography?

If you check through the older post on this forum, I posted a review of the Nikon 10-24. I think that lens would still be my first choice for a dx format Nikon.

I read it and loved the review...but I was looking for some possible alternatives. I've heard good things about the tokina 11-16mm but the ability to get just a little bit closer seems worth it (maybe, it's why I am asking after all).

Take a look at the Toknia 10-17mm.
